My experience receiving my shot has always been very positive. Dr. Prall has been friendly and open to answer questions about the procedure. The staff was also friendly and know their tasks and were also able to answer many questions.
Thank you Dr. Prall for your kindness and compassion towards your patients. I appreciate that you are thorough and competent. I appreciate the way you explain your finding. Also, the staff there were friendly. The seating areas there were inviting yet gave off a vibe of calmness. At the checkout desks, they have those temporary dark glasses for you to use on your way home. Making an appointment was easy and I was sent a follow-up text message and they send appointment reminders.
Dr. Prall has always treated me with respect. He answers all of my questions, discusses my diagnosis, and provides treatment options when necessary. He has a very calming demeanor. He makes his patients feel that their condition and questions are important.
Dr Prall is excellent and the staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable! I went there scared and unsure of my diagnosis and everyone was so helpful and personable.
I was referred to Dr. Prall by Dr. Hopen due to a post-surgery infection in my left eye causing blindness. Dr. Prall provide kind and respectful examination and extensive treatment in an emergency situation on my behalf. Following extensive treatment including ultra-sound and eye shots drops were prescribed and seemed to take immediate effect.
