Very poor customer service owner Phill Pratico was extremely rude and dishonest. He sold us an eternity wedding band told us they were real diamonds and they were lab cut diamonds. We kept asking for paper work on our purchases that’s when we found out we didn’t get real diamonds they were the lab cut. The only reason I got the paper work was because I told him I wanted to insurance the rings. Save yourself the money and go straight to their supplier… AMAZON. They charged us $207 for a ring that can be bought on Amazon for $20. A 1000% markup on something any regular person can buy online. It’s one thing if you buy something from a supplier and there is a reasonable markup… but this is straight up insulting! And a lovely policy of no refunds stated right at the bottom of your receipt.
