Good parts, but this place is a mess with paper work and shipping. After fighting to get my parts shipped after a month, I finally got them. Just to have 0 invoice, paper work, or instructions.. I have called multiple times no answer, and when I finally get an answer it’s a quick BS excuse to get me off the phone. Been told 3 times to email them so they have my email address on file to send me paper work, invoice and instructions and nothing. Sucks because my 17+ F250 coilovers are great.
Wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when learning how to rebuild my suspension. These people at F.O.A. took me under there wing and helped me every time I called. Awesome service. Willing to explain the same things.
Jd was nice and knowledgeable till I paid for parts and then it was all downhill. He said probably 2 days till they would ship. UPS said a label to ship was made but did not have possession of the package. I waited 7 days and called to see why they were not shipping. He said they left a week ago but suddenly ups got possession that day. I never received an invoice so I called and no response. I emailed and no response. Then I emailed again and gave him 3 days to send an invoice or I would write a review about my experience. ... read more
Everything went well ordering of course, ordered wrong valving and compression so I callled back to get it changed and they were happy to change em, I get told they would ship out Friday and be there by next Friday well that Friday came around still didn’t see my shocks I asked for a tracking number to see where they were and all I got told was they were shipped and would arrive Tuesday and that is this Tuesday, just to find out they were barely shipped out today and I’ve seen others on here has had the same issue I don’t no... read more
