RUDE and a NO SHOW to their appt. – I made an appointment with these people for a Chimney cleaning two weeks ago for this past Saturday. They simply did not show up - no phone call. I left two messages and never heard back. When I called today (Monday) to ask what happened? The owner told me he's been in business 50 years and doesn't need this and hung up on me.
