My new car had a major scratch. I brought it to several auto shop but I think they were not capable in handling my car well. The way they spoke is not convincing, it's seems that they do not know so much on the work I wanted to get done for my car. Rip Off! – Anyone who falls for their BS is truly a sucker! I guess they are used to overcharging and replacing unnecessary and unbroken parts because they just charge the insurance company for the repair. There were 3 other shops willing to do the same dent repair to my Hood for a lot less. Deshler's Collision Repair did a great job and saved me money. It looks new.
Excellent service and very nice people – Went back to Jim & Jack's Collision for a piece of molding for my car. I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by lunch time the same day. They even threw in a bottle of matching touch up and showed me how to use it
Avoid at all Costs! Con Artists! – Took my Honda Accord there and they totally tried to rip me off. There was a small dent in the front bumper and they had mud flaps, side mirrors(No Joke), door inspection etc on the estimate. The main guy tried to give me a sales line about their "process" and attention to detail but I'm smarter than that. Maybe they thought since I'm a woman, they could pull one over on me. Surprise and Delight! – I guess fate has brought us to Jim & Jacks a few times in the past couple of years. We were originally referred to them by our neighbor. Prior to bringing our vehicles to Jim & Jacks we used Performance Paint in Torrance and another body shop off Crenshaw near Torrance Court. An Amazing place with amazing people! – An amazing place with amazing people. I don't know much about body shops, which is a good thing but these guys really WOW'ed me.
