I was a co-signer for my son. This place is a joke. When I went there 2 sign the lease the place was dirty. We said something 2 the owner she didn't care. So he had 2 clean it. They only had 1 light bulb in the light fixtures that would hold 2 or 3. Then when he moved out I offered to go clean the place seeing i am a professional cleaner at first it was okay then at the last min it wasn't. He put down a 1755. Security deposit and got 1151 back.
