This place is hands down the worst. I had a consultation with Andrew and he actually did not make me feel comfortable or what I was explaining to him was true even with video and picture evidence. I was in a horrible situation and he didn't comfort or make me feel better. I was told "I had a case on my hand and would be contacted in a few days" yet weeks passed and nobody contacted me.
