Surprises, problems, and pure dissatisfaction with the work of Frias/F & Construction. Purchased a home renovated by Frias that claimed to be quality work and well appointed amenities. Thus far there has been nothing but problems with plumbing where the shower and toilet downstairs would bubble and flood when showering in the upstairs bath.
