I’ve had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with this doctor. He is dismissive, and clearly does not care about the patient unless he can do surgery. He is rude and his bedside manner sucks.
Dr.Rowan is definitely a blessing. I've had back issues for over 2 yrs and my doctor wouldn't assist me(eventually got me an appt for an ortho dr several months out) I reached out to IU Health and was recommended to see Dr.Rowan. I had an appointment within a week. The only thing he asks before you ask for an appointment is an MRI. He was very helpful in explaining what exactly was going on with my back via my MRI photos. Have had 2 back surgeries and both success he is honest explains thoroughly and gives all options.
Attentive, helpful, straight to the point.
Having him do my spinal fusion L4-S1 last year was the best thing I've done in years. Awesome Dr, he explains everything and explains it again if you don't understand the first time. Highly recommend him.
