Great new location same ol' fantastic service. Best dentist around.
Very happy with this practice, from reception/billing to Molly, the hygeinist, to Dr. Carmichael. They are good at letting you know what to expect, bill & coverage wise, and they take lots of kinds of insurance. Dr. Carmichael does have a funny sense of humor, but he provides excellent care. I have referred other coworkers to his office and everyone who has seen him has been very happy with their care.
We just moved to MA from another state a couple months ago and had our first appointment (cleaning) at this practice. The hygienist, Molly, was excellent! Dr. Carmichael walked in, never introduced himself, and then proceeded to say "let's see how much money I can make off your teeth". I assumed he was joking, but this comment was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. He then conducted his examination and was impolite and abrasive.
