Super happy with the job Petros did from Ezy-Plumb. Having a very old bath tap break, Petros helped to problem solve and advise on options as the job became a little more complicated than anticipated. Happy to have a functional shower and bath again!
Petros was very professional, with a great result. He was able to attend within an hour of the call just before a long weekend, then provided a quote and completed the job the same day. Also bonus very clean using disposable shoes covers and taking extra care with chemicals due to a puppy at home. Highly recommend.
Petros fixed our broken toilet a few years ago and when THE OTHER toilet started to be faulty last week, I knew exactly who to call. Petros was efficient and friendly, and also identified a water pressure fault that he fixed to avoid further plumbing problems (we had wondered why the pipes made a knocking sound whenever we ran our dishwasher). I highly recommend “Petros Plumber” - this is what his number is stored in my phone as, so I can share his number with friends who need a good plumber!
The service from EZY plumb was so good. They did a thorough inspection of everything, identified the problem and had all the solutions on hand to sort it out quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone wanting honest, high quality service.
No issues with quality of service provided, but the price charged was significantly higher than other alternatives. We needed a new tap installed in our house and were given a few options by Petros - they all seemed expensive but we were in a rush that day so agreed to proceed. After looking up price online of the tap we had installed, it turns out we were charged 3x higher than what it can be purchased for elsewhere.
