Read the fine print in your contract, even if it's month to month. They increase rent up to $60+ dollars after 4-5 months. When I called to get an understanding of the price hike, I got a vague response saying it was due to "market rates." No help or luck when speaking with corporate or customer service either. The response from the team onsite was practically like, "take it or leave it." Pretty dishonest.
Madelin was great help, the fact she is bilingual made my father extremely comfortable getting a unit. She is very professional.
