I left Public Storage because of their rates and their unbelievably lousy customer service. I had been a customer there for over a year when I called for a rate reduction..public storage said NO. I came to ezStorage. They have been nothing but great, I feel as though my belongings are safe and they have good prices.
I have just gotten off the phone with the corporate customer service representative of this scam business who essentially called me a liar when I told her I gave information to one of their location managers. They used my credit card recurring without my permission which was the reason for my call. .. She also informed me the President of EZ Storage does not want to deal with customers and refused to give me his or her name and contact information. Will find somewhere else to service my needs.
