Had bathroom remodeled and two and half months after installation, we found that we had a leak that was coming through the floor in the crawl space. A plumber was dispatched and said it wasn't their responsibility because the pipes were corroded. My thought was when you were doing the install, why didn't you notice that pipes were corroded, since the entire bathroom was gutted. EXPro Bath installed a new shower. When I complained about a cap on a handrail had come loose, they sent a technician to fix it. He advised me it might come off again. If we had the problem again he would come and replace it. The cap on the opposite side came loose and I called and the same technician came out. He brought the wrong size handrail, so he said he would notify his mgr. and theyd make an appointment to come back and replace the handrail. That was last Thursday. EZ Pro promised our bathrooms would be done right and we would love them, and they kept that promise. They worked efficiently and always left work area clean, wore masks, and made us feel comfortable.
