I’ve been a loyal customer of EZ Pawn for over 10 years, but this visit really changed how I feel about this store. The workers saw me at the door and ignored me until another customer walked out. When I finally got inside, one of the women spoke to me with an attitude and even made rude hand gestures while talking. She told me I should’ve rung the doorbell — even though I was there three days ago with no problem walking in. That kind of disrespect toward a long-time customer is completely unacceptable.
