Very very rude staff here. I called this morning about a missing bicycle to see if it’s potentially at their shop and the young lady who answered the phone on 04/14/2025 @ approx 11:40am acted like I was begging her to give me top secret information. She didn’t even try to search their inventory to see if they bike was possibly at their shop. How long does it take to search what was taken in within the last week. Ms. Keedy helped me when I came in! She is simply amazing and has great personality! I definitely come back because of her!!!
Keedy is some sweet and very professional!! She is always making sure she can assist the customers with anything they may need!!! She is always so vibrant and happy whenever I come into the pawnshop!!!
