I had got a loan on my power tools in November came back to get them in December was told they got stolen and was told that they can settle with me about getting me my power tools back was told they had my tools went to pick up found out they didn't work tried to settle with them didn't want to settle had to take to small claims court to settle so if you have power tools and want to get a loan be aware you not going to get them back

Great customer service
Frequent visitor of multiple stores this store has ridiculous policies and tries to force you into a protection plan. If you don’t test device is right then in there. ( The sales representative that told me I needed a test and decided to go to lunch ) And proceeded to tell me oh if I wanted to buy an electronic there is no 24 hour per store policy for other ones specifically at that store So feel free to reach out or reached out to The district manager who said they gave them this order
