Viktor was great! Super fast and very honest. Great company and amazing turnaround
My on line request was answered quickly and an appointment set up promptly. Viktor, the technician assessed the situation and made some sound recommendations in light of the pricey parts for a 10+year old European dryer.
Availed their consultation services for an issue with my dryer. Victor was extremely knowledgeable! Although I couldn’t get my dryer fixed because of a discontinued dryer part, his advices and recommendation checked out!
Victor was fantastic! He identified the problem immediately. He also gave me some great tips on running my dishwasher! I would use him again in a heartbeat and refer to my family and friends. Thanks again Victor Also Maria the dispatcher kept me informed and it is so nice to have excellent costumer service!
Needed the smallest repair and they were fair, honest and efficient
