Just took my first class and I’m officially obsessed!! Super intense and challenging workout, with amazing instructors who keep you motivated and moving. I booked with Autumn and she was so kind, welcoming, and informative!! I now feel confident in my fitness journey thanks to EZEFIT!!
Not sure if I already wrote a review...so if I did, I'm still at it every day. 6am vibes are worth waking up for! I get up early every morning for the challenge and the people. After being part of the EZE Fit family for over a year I can say it works with certainty. I feel strong, healthy and capable! It's such a great feeling knowing I've pushed myself to go extra and seeing that I can do it. Thank you Nikkole and team for showing up every day and pushing us to do our best!
Love the instructors! They are so helpful with modifications and are patient with me which I appreciate a lot. A lot of enthusiasm and high energy classes!
It’s so Eze to become fit! The workouts are incredibly detailed yet easy to follow, with everything set up in advance so you don’t have to think — just show up and move. The circuits are brilliantly designed; just as you’re getting tired of one exercise, you transition to the next, targeting a different part of your body. Before you know it, you've done so much — and it feels amazing!
very good environment with a lot of positive energy. Feel great coming out of the gym and ready to take on anything!
