Great facility, equipment, workouts and especially people! You can have the best workout regime in the world but if you don't have the right know-how and attitude behind them, then it won't matter. Eze Fit has those two very important components!!!
Great class! Great energy from the coaches! Took my first class and they were there to make sure I was completing each station correctly. The energy was fun! Upbeat and kept you motivated!
