Highly recommend! Great service, arrived on-time, fair pricing. Props to both the office (live person, very responsive) and the service techs who explained everything that needed addressing. Details below. We had our main unit and 2 minis serviced. I knew one of the minis was not working properly and had an additional issue on the main unit that needed addressed. Parts and labor for both units to be repaired ended up being under 200.

This is a great company. Honest, good communicators and gets the job done without the very annoying upselling. Jonathan was my tech and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained things that he saw and addressed. He is a rarity, ask for him. You may have to wait a little more for him as he has quite the fan club. He deserves it !
Johnre and his asst. were great. All work was professional, clean and completed. I will continue using their services. Great guys.
