I had made an appointment- had to wait several days. When I finally got an appointment The doctor was very rude. I was calling about anxiety. I was very upset when I was talking. However, I was told by the doctor that I should go to crisis. I told her that I had no thoughts of hurting myself or others. And their astute attention to details, connected me to a Fantastic Dr. Who listened to the symptoms I have been dealing with for 30 years. I am doing so much better. The first appointment with the doctor was good. I felt she heard my concerns and suggested/prescribed an effective medication, which I picked up the same day.The second appointment was a phone call that lasted 2-3 minutes for $159. The doctor then told me to call the pharmacy within a half hour to check on my medication. I did that, but it hadn't been called in. It is now evening of the next day and I still haven't received a prescription. I am suffering from insomnia, so going without medication can make my days very diffic... read more

I honestly have never understood some people's adversity to telehealth psychiatry. The people at Ezcareclinic are lifesavers for me because I live in the middle of the ***** mountains- hundreds of miles from the majority of local providers in the state. Ezcareclinic is the only psychiatric group I've found that has same-day or next-day appointments consistently. I can't believe all the negative reviews I'm seeing on here! My experience seeing a doctor through EzCare has been nothing but wonderful. From my first initial appointment at the beginning of May, to my two following appointments, June and July, my doctor has been exceptionally helpful with getting me my needed prescriptions. I do not know what I would do without the help of this online clinic. It truly has helped save my life and it is ashamed to see so many others with not a great experience as well.

EZCare is amazing! I've have tried numerous online clinics to help me with my depression, ******************* They were all awful. Then I found EZCare. I set up my zoom appointment for the very next day! I immediately felt like ************* understood everything I went thru/am going thru and also that she truly cared!! They are absolutely awful. They don't keep track of their clients, the doctor ******** is uncomfortable high, they don't investigate mental health, they give out medications like candy. Do not give them your business.
