Very easy to work with.
Professionalism + expertise. We love and want to preserve our trees and have relied on arborist Nelson and his crew for professional trimming. This year, we unfortunately had to remove two trees from our front yard. One removal could only be done from our neighbor's driveway. Nelson spoke to our neighbor in advance and the crew was careful to protect and clean up their driveway and yard as well as our property during the work and after it was complete.
This company truly knows the definition of customer service. They did an outstanding job on the work I needed and were fantastic about following up during the process.
Nelson’s crew made short work of removing 2 pine trees. It was a no muss no fuss operation, which included cutting up the trees, taking the logs/ branches up our side yard slope, and carting them away.
My experience with EZ Tree Solutions was excellent. EZ Tree does careful, precise and thorough work at a reasonable price. Everyone on the team was friendly and all my questions were answered before they started the project. I would definitely call EZ Tree Solutions in the future for any tree-related concerns.
