I was shopping around for a storage unit and stopped at several places in the area, but this place to out. Raquetta, at the front was very helpful, the place look clean, and the service was great
From move-in to move-out, everyone at EZ Storage was extremely helpful and kind, making the whole experience as seamless as possible! The facility is very clean, has carts to help move your items, and an elevator for ease too. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for self-storage!
Had to go in and figure out some tricky stuff and was only able to figure out how and where to start because of Raquetta’s help. She was patient and friendly in a way that I didn’t expect at all. I was a mess and she made everything easier, and explained some things about how it all works there. Highly recommend this place because of her.
Pam and Chris were absolutely amazing with helping my parents rent a storage. They made the process smooth and effortless! The building is secure and carts/ramps/lifts are convenient. I highly recommend this storage!
EZ storage indeed! I had such a great experience with EZ Storage, and I especially want to recognize Pam for her incredible customer service. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the right unit. She put me at ease knowing that my stuff would be super safe.
