I downsized to a smaller unit and the Pico team made the process easy and smooth. They helped me find the perfect fit for my items and were super attentive the whole way. I could’ve gone elsewhere, but chose to stay… if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. The staff genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
Writing this review for PAM over at EZ Storage. I’ve used EZ Storage throughout the years intermittently and have always been met with the most excellent costumer service and care. Pam is an absolute gem. Outside of her caring nature and attention to detail, she is genuine. She listens to your concerns and addresses them right away.
