We were affected by hail back in May 2019. Alex took good care of the adjuster and dealt highly professionally with our HOA as well. Their agenda was a bit busy but once we agreed upon a time slot they have completed the work to our entire satisfaction. Their very friendly crew did a great job on cleaning out our backyard after the work also. EZ Roof offered a very competitive rate and we highly recommend them for any repairs or home upgrades. Horrible experience, my roof was not done correctly, they left the water heater ventilation out, after 3 months I’m still waiting for my roof to be done correctly. They were also supposed to fix the inside of the house, the first time he painted the ceiling it was all different colors, when we told them to fix it, they got upset and did it again. This time they only did the cuts and did not paint. It took a third company to do it right
