They saved my life - well, my social, intellectual, entertainment life, anyhow! Can't say how many times I've dropped that iPad w/o breaking the screen, but this time when I heard the crack of death I thought it was over! But by a miracle word-of-mouth referral, I got my baby back virtually unscathed just a couple hours later for a VERY reasonable cost WHILE I WAITED!!! Plus, everyone was super nice.
