RecommendedTold me it was going to be about 20 min on my iPhone XR screen and I doubt it was even that. Very pleased, reasonably priced considering I didn’t have insurance on the phone, and phone is perfect.

He is a thief. He will take your phone and say he can repair it then he says he can not repair it then he wants to charge you hundreds of dollars to get the phone back. He asks you for your personal account information to Apple in case he needs to reset your phone. He resets it, takes it off your account and keeps the phone and then sells it as used. It happened to me. Do not trust this person!!

Took my water logged cellphone to him and got all my data back. Plus was told the my replacement from the insurance claim was defective and helped me get another replacement. Then I had a hard drive from a computer that went through a fire. After having Geek Squad look at it, I was told it would need to be shipped out and the cost would be a minimum of $1500.
