My family and I rented our last home through Erum and EZ Realty & Property Management. We had a terrific experience from our move in date to when we left. We had to break our lease early as we found a home to purchase, and thankfully Erum was able to rent the home to another tenant and we got our deposit back. We had an unfortunate experience working with Erum Balouch from EZ Realty & Property Management Inc. She hired Cleaning Crew Solutions for a carpet cleaning job at one of her properties but did not show up to grant us access or walk us through the job. It took her over 25 minutes to provide the access code, delaying our work. Despite the carpets being heavily worn and damaged, we completed the job thoroughly and provided photographic proof of our work. She never came to inspect the results nor raised any concerns at the time... read more
Erum was my property manager she was fair if something needed to be fixed she was on top of it . I would highly recommend her . She was fair giving me my security deposit back and very professional. Thank you
Lack of customer service
This has been the worst experience we have ever had! We just rented a place & it has been one problem after another! Every time we reach out to Erum "I think that's how you spell her name" she completely ignores us & when she does respond she is snappy & rude!! It has been 3 weeks since we got measurements done for new blinds & still NOTHING!!! We can't cook anything in our oven as it has a very toxic chemical smell & it goes onto our food!!
