We rented our previous home from EZ Realty. The experience was amazing from the moment we inquiry on the property to the very last day we gave the keys back. property manager Erum was always professional and always provided open and quick comminications. 10/10 Service.
We live a few homes down on our street that has a rental from EZ rental. They do not provide yard maintenance or not do they hold renters responsibility for yard care. I stand by my 1 star review. I have got the information of the actual home owners and just go directly to them
My family and I rented our last home through Erum and EZ Realty & Property Management. We had a terrific experience from our move in date to when we left. We had to break our lease early as we found a home to purchase, and thankfully Erum was able to rent the home to another tenant and we got our deposit back. We had no issues with maintenance requests, landscaping etc. and everything was easily processed through their app. We were clean, professional, paid on time and our communication was nothing but mutual respect. We had an unfortunate experience working with Erum Balouch from EZ Realty & Property Management Inc. She hired Cleaning Crew Solutions for a carpet cleaning job at one of her properties but did not show up to grant us access or walk us through the job. It took her over 25 minutes to provide the access code, delaying our work. Despite the carpets being heavily worn and damaged, we completed the job thoroughly and provided photographic proof of our work. She never came to inspect the results nor raised any concerns at the time... read more
