RecommendedSeriously recommend! Came home to a working garage door. It seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't. They do awesome work at a great price!
EZ Open/ Billy Vogel did a great job hooking me up with a door and opener. They made sure everything fit and sealed correctly. But, as soon as I had any issues hooking up the wireless opener or buying accessories, they were no call/no shows. Real disappointing. I called 10x with no response.
I had EZ install my garage doors 4 years ago and I had an issue with the doors powder coat was starting to oxidize. I called EZ and they sent out a guy to take a look. After a few days they called and explained that the door manufacturer was going to send out 3 new doors. To be honest I thought that I was going to have to eat 3 new doors because they where 4 years old. EZ took very good care of me and the day they installed they also fixed my opener that was having issues. I couldn't have asked for better service! I would hi... read more

Terrible customer service. They no showed or called and 2 different occasions so I took my business elsewhere.
