Needs to be investigated for fraud. Worst rental company ever!
The most incompetent rental company EVER! I am demanded monthly to come in for a maintenance appointments or else I will be charged a mandatory fee of $50. When coming in for maintenance, we fill out a form for what needs to be done. Every single month after having maintenance done, I have to go back daily for weeks on end to have them repeatedly fix on things that I wrote on the maintenance form the day of my actual maintenance appointment. One of the biggest scams and SCAMMERS out here. Dont ever in your life lease a vehicle from them everrrrr! So today I made my payment (exactly what I was suppose to pay) and some dude named ****** basically told me I had to pay an extra $10 and still have yet to tell me exactly what for after I told him I made my payment.
