Have had the pruner for several years and this yearI bought my wife her own. Using mine this last weekend it broke contacted Jerry and he said he would gladly fix for me at Deerfest. To my surprise Scott replaced the it with a brand new one that is customer service. Thanks guys

THE BEST cutting tools EVER! I can do even the biggest jobs by myself (and with my kids) that usually I'd have to wait and have my husband do! We get get SO much more done around the farm when everyone can pitch in... Food plots, yard work, shooting lanes for hunting and we've even used the rachet pruners to cut "logs" for the model train table! GREAT gift idea too! I gave them to my Mom who has arthritis in her hands and she loves them!
Well where to start. I bought the long handle cutter at the sportsman show in Harrisburg PA that was back in beginning of Feb 2017. And still have not received what I paid for. Customer service does not keep in contact with you just poor customer service.
I bought a pair of the pruners last year at the Midwest Horse Fair. My arena has some low branches so I'll ride with them and trim the ones that are going to hit me in the head from my horse's back. I left these out on a fence post (I didn't have the holster and didn't want to ride with them in my pocket. Got one this year though!) and forgot them one day for about a week, they fell on the ground, got rained on for a week or two before I found them again in the mud. EZ Kut takes care of it's customers. A part broke on our hand pruners, they replaced it quickly with no hassle. We have the hand pruners and the folding saw, great products. They make short work of fallen tree branches on the trail.

Jerry was an awesome dude. He not only fixed my old pair of pruners he showed me the easy way to do it. He demonstrated the new ratchet loppers they have & it is an awesome product also so. I ended up buying me a pair. They are so easy to use. Thank you so much Jerry.
