The Ratchet Pruners are Great but the Customer Service was even better. I messaged them about an issue I had 2 days ago. It took less than an hour to get a response on what to do to resolve my problem. I just checked my email and already have a response to my claim submitted on their website too! I will definitely be doing more business with these guys.
Great tools I keep a saw and pruners in my trail cam bag to use when setting up for the hunting season. I keep another set in my hunting bag for stand set up and trimming shooting lanes while hunting.

I purchased a G2 loper about two years ago for brush clearing and it has been great and a twice when I have had something go wrong they have offered a fix at no cost, in this day and age that is unheard of in my experience. My thanks to the company and staff.
