This company charged me basically $4000 to move out of their property i was never late on a payment and we also cleaned the units (cause we were renting 2 of them) and the kept my double deposit as well as tried to say I owe $600 more that $1850×2 wouldn't recommend this company to anyone the are full of extra fees and im glad the gave us a chance but it was an horrible company.....
I’m a tenant of one of their managed properties. I have mostly rented in the past and I can say this PMC is one of the best we have had. No drama, quick responses and professional staff. We have had a few maintenance issues at our current rental with them and they are very quick to respond and get the issue fixed - not something us renters are used to these days. If you are a prospective landlord etc, I think these folks do a good job at finding the balance between keeping tenants happy and respecting the property they manag... read more
