Price was the thing that was quoted The tech set the door in approximately Forty-five minutes or so making sure that the door closed and opened successfully, modifying the strings and greasing all joints, together with correcting the major problem with the rollers and cables. Good company, excellent prices, and responsive too! Great and timely service, nice employees. The time it took EZ Garage Doors to come out and the employees were exceptional. My father had a garage door/car accident where it wouldn't close anymore. I called EZ Garage Doors Door for him. They came out the same day, found a way to repair the door without replacing it and saved my retired father a bunch of money in the process. The entire process from the salesman to the installation was very well done. Value, quality and professionalism is what we experienced. Prompt, professional and courteous The technician inspected our springs, reset the tension to specs, lubricated them and inspected all mechanical parts of the door. We were not able to get our door to move up or down. I phoned him at 8:15 am and he was here by 10:00 am. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. I will recommend him and will certainly use EZ Garage Doors again. He reminded me that his work was warranted for 1 year, so if I had any further problems, never hesitate to call day or night.
