My father's phone was hacked and it's been a very stressful week for him. His phone needed to be factory reset. He took his phone to two Verizon stores, neither of which seemed interested or able to help him. They directed him to EZ Electronics and the gentleman there helped him quickly and put a bright spot in this difficult week. My father is very grateful for his professional, compassionate assistance and as his daughter, I am too.
