Caution Communication on work performed was impossible to establish. After an expensive vent cleaning(almost double cost of last years) Jordan our service technician offered a"special service". He offered to install a device in the the exhaust line that would improve flow and reduce the size of lint particles. This work would cost $ 900 for the device and a 5 year warranty that cleaning could be avoided for that length of time. The service exceeded my expectations in every way. The technician explained the problem clearly and fixed the airflow issue quickly. My dryer now works much better and smells fresh again. Great value for the money.
Excellent customer service and very thorough work. The technician checked the outside vent cover, cleaned the entire line, and improved the airflow immediately. My dryer now dries heavy loads much quicker. I would absolutely recommend this service.
