My mother got a vehicle from them with the extended warranty and it sits at a garage haven’t even had it 7 months and get told oh there isn’t anything we can do about it and she still owes 7000 left on it

purchased a ford exploder,2 days after getting it .the computer crapped.32 days later still waiting to get it fixed,parts are obsolete and hard to locate.i realize its not their fault but they could have gave us a loaner til it was repaired and the warrenty does not cover a rental as they are paying for the repair,how ever they had tried several garages before and did not tell us til after we had signed the papers,thus we are screwed no car and no money back and we have had to cancel over 7 dr appts and get them rescheduled ... read more
Johnny (the salesman) and his team are wonderful. They were so patient as we test drove many vehicles to find the best deal for us. They also welcomed and helped out with our kids while we filled out papers and were very friendly and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great vehicle!
Just before my 90 warranty for the drive train ended, a head gasket went. (Which, by the way is drive train) They won't fix it because it's not in "full failure" even though it won't start.... that's the loop hole! Do not buy from them. I had 2 people tell me after I bought from them that it was a bad idea. Save yourself the heartache... find another dealer!
