Wow! The guys at EZ were incredible!! The whole shopping experience was absolutely painless, which is almost insane because when is car shopping ever painless?! We secured our own financing, even though the dealership has options. Thursday ... I saw a vehicle I liked. I was told to apply online. I did the next day (FRIDAY). No one called me to let me know status of my application. (ON SATURDAY) I called them. I was told I was approved. I needed a pay stub showing that my salary was six times higher than the price of the car. Luckily mine is. I sent it in pay stub that day! We are sorry that the vehicle was sold but if we do not have a security deposit it is on a first come basis. We opened at 10 am on Monday and you arrived at 11am. That is one hour after we opened and in that time a customer came and bought the vehicle. With time we would have followed back up with you to let you know it sold, but as noted, a customer came in and bought the vehicle within 1 hour of us being open. Went 3 different times to look at the same car, 3 different prices, when I asked about some issues they tell me at least the miles are low, when I check the convertible top it was not properly working but I was blamed for not knowing how to “properly” function it; all in all I didn’t buy the car I wouldn’t recommend save your coins and get something you know won’t fail
This was a good experience at first - except 13 days later after purchasing our vehicle the brake pedal went to the floor and we found out that the clippers were calipers we’re held by a thread - installation error along with 27 other errors . Car dealership will not do anything .. want us to pay $400 for a tow and they said they would make it safe ???? Slimy people do NOT waster your money we are out $12000 !!!
Brad makes the purchase so easy. I wanted a specific car new on the lot with a max price I could afford - Brad made all the numbers fit, walked me through tag/title transfer process, then assisted me in getting the car to my home since I drove another car to the lot. He's good on the follow through as well, answers questions and makes sure all the details are taken care of. "How can I help you?" was not a casual question with Brad.
