I was impressed when they did the install of our unit, but we had a service call today. They were so prompt in scheduling, they found a way to come out the same day and that the blown fuse fixed so quickly. So glad we chose them as the installer and future service provider. Great Service, highly recommend.
Ed A. at EZ Breezy arranged for Paul S. to correct a problem with our air conditioning on a SUNDAY ! Paul arrived, diagnosed the problem and swapped out both of the Google Nest thermostats with ecobee thermostats. Paul kept us up to date with text messages and arrived on time and answered all of our questions. EZ Breezy, Ed and Paul are our Furnace and Air Conditioning "guys" and I can definitely recommend them to others. JOB WELL DONE !!!
Our air conditioner went off. The Nest display shows "E24 No power to Rh wire detected". I called Ez Breezy Heating & Air Inc. Their technician came on the same day. He did a few check and pointed out the issue was in our drain line that was blocked; the water from the HVAC device was not drained well; so the sensor automatically turned off the AC system for safety. I'm so happy with EZ Breezy Air!! Our old air conditioning unit from 1989 broke down again leaving us all sweaty and miserable and no one would come out to fix it right away but, Anton from EZ Breezy made the trip out here and figured out what was wrong with it toght away. He quickly replaced the fuse and then told me about my options for a much needed replacement. No AC in the house is a major emergency for me, so Anton was a life saver for me!! 5 outta 5 stars for sure!!
