Serg & Charlie were absolutely amazing! A few months ago we had an HVAC company come in and fix our leaky AC unit. They “fixed” it, but the blower burned out twice within a span of 2 months. My heater wasn’t putting out hot air, so I phoned EZ Breezy based on their 5 star rating, and I am so glad I did. Serg, the technician, was at my condo within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my heater/AC unit and it’s now working perfectly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and very professional. Their customer service is really outstanding. The service team installed a new HVAC system and did a maintenance check on three Mitsubishi ceiling units. The team was very professional, worked hard to ensure a successful installation of both the equipment and the app, and left everything in great order. I would definitely use EZ Breezy Heating & Air again.
My experience w EZ Breezy has been awesome. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called first thing and Serg came out the same day. He called when in his way and arrived on time. He identified the issue with the gas valve and repaired it same day. He clearly communicated what had to be done and the charge. I highly recommend EZ Breezy
