Either a small-time scam artist, or a really incompetent staff that simply comes off as scammy...or some combination of the two. Hey, maybe you'll get lucky, they don't screw up their testing, and your car passes nice and easy. Good for you, you'll get out of here with no issue. But...do you really want to take that chance? Because, if they DO screw up, they are going to make sure YOU (the customer) have to deal with it or pay for their mistakes. My advice? Take your chances elsewhere.
I called and the owner said it was 50 or 60 dollars and I explained I had been searching the Internet as I am a senior on a fixed income. After much talk he finally agreed to give me a rate he gives "auto" dealers of 35.00. I later have found that he advertises on the Internet for 28.99. I want my refund of 6.01. I left a phone message. Of all people to cheat---a senior. Give me a break!
