Usually good but due to our last experience they lost our business- dropped off at wrong terminal- no apology- another shuttle offered to take us after we were waiting for 30 min after the wrong dropoff so we gave them $20 for their time- had to catch an international flight-basically said we lied about paying another driver. No apology/ no admission of their mistake and for $20 lost a customer of 6 years plus
Have used this for years it is the best way to park and get to the airport.
Have been a customer of EZ Airpark for years. This is the easiest way to park and ride ever! We are early morning (middle of the night to get to the airport) flyers and late returnees a lot of the time. There is always a smile at the admission stand and the prompt service of the van drivers is amazing! We feel so safe leaving our vehicle at EZ Air; the perks for frequent use is a plus. Super pleased (and rates are reasonable) Thanks!
