I just used EZ Air Park for the first time this past holiday weekend, and they were absolutely fantastic! The shuttle picked us up from our vehicle when we first parked, helped us load our luggage into the shuttle, and dropped us off at our terminal after helping us unload our luggage from the shuttle. When we arrived back at the airport on our return flight, I called and they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Easy, convenient, cheap, we left our car for a week, returned to it safe as can be, they loaded and unloaded our luggage drove us to and from the airport. Friendly staff! Definitely use them again!
I have parked here several times. The drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I always go thru the 'personal' gate as opposed to the auto attendant and they are always so nice. Plus it's super convenient and economical!
A big thanks for helping me with a flat tire after returning home from vacation. The driver went above and beyond the call of duty helping my wife and I get home. Thanks again.
Fantastic first experience! We will look forward to using this company in the future when we fly out of MSP! Everything was prompt and customer service from the people in the booth as well as the shuttle drivers was great. I’d highly recommend this service. We also booked ahead of time online and that was a nice option and made the process even more quick and seamless when we got there and when we left after returning!
The service was fantastic outbound and inbound. Friendly drivers. they help load and unload and will even scrape your car windows. definitely recommend and will use again.
Usually the service very good but last week, a driver i think his name is Tom B was not nice to me at all. Don't want to say he's racist. He had helped every body with their luggage but didn't care to get up to help my. Why, maybe I'm a only an Asian on the ride. I have been using your service over 6 years.
RecommendedThis is the best airport parking experience I’ve had. Nice staff, functions just like a parking garage (pay when you leave- although a we chose to pay a reservation fee; but so huge that even in summer busy times I doubt it will be full. The mini bus was there to pick us up within just a couple of minutes of parking. 🤩
