What can you do better? Pick us up from Terminal 1 in 10 minutes as told over the phone, don't lie about where your driver is when I call back 20 minutes later, and again 30 minutes later, and DON'T TAKE 38 MINUTES TO PICK US UP! Will never use again and we take at least 2 trips a year.
RecommendedWe just arrived home to several inches of snow and the driver (Tim) shoveled out around our car and helped push it when it was stuck. They are always friendly when we have used them!
Easy to get to and good shuttle service!
Paper says shuttle every 10 min. I called after waiting 15 min, they said shuttle would be here in 10. I called 11 min later, told me 10 more min. In the time I waited, I saw 2 Ride Ramp shuttles, 2 Park ‘N Go shuttles, and 2 Park ‘N Fly shuttles. I’ll go with them next time. Then when he did show up, we had to sit and wait. I chose this option because after I landed I didn’t want to wait 90 min for the Groome shuttle. Next time I’ll choose a different service or the Groome Shuttle from STC.
Got there at 520 AM for 720 AM flight. Were told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later a full shuttle drove by us and would not stop. We are still waiting complaints to the gal at the both were "We are busy" and slammed the glass window. We were the LAST ones to check into our flight, and could not sit together as a family because of it. There are better park and rides. Avoid this one. Lot was an ice disaster.
I had previously had one bad experience - with some staff not knowing of their handicap access procedures (for a family member) - but this has been addressed and I am now confident that they have rectified this. The management handled my concerns most excellently with courtesy and follow-up which is super hard to come by nowadays!! Check in was easy and we were quickly picked up by the shuttle and taken to the airport. The problem came when we returned from our trip. We flew into terminal 2, followed the directions they gave us. We got our luggage, called them (they said they will come every 10 minutes). We waited for 15 minutes and called again. The lady said, "well, you didn't tell us you were at terminal 2!" We told her she never asked and the directions just said call this number when you want to get picked up. I had a great experience with EZ Air Park! Their service was fantastic and they really went the extra mile. The driver made sure my car started before he left and all the people I worked with were so nice and friendly! Highly recommend!
