Misdiagnosed ringworm as allergy and prescribed a steroid cream that made it worse. Assumed any questions regarding his diagnosis were a personal attack on his knowledge and replied with 'I've been doing this for 35 years, I know what I'm talking about.' Did not explain the steroid cream he prescribed at all or that it would cost over a hundred dollars and was just trying to get me out of his door as fast as possible. Worst doctor experience ever.
My husband had a biopsy done because he was losing all of his hair. It turned out when the biopsy came back Dr. Eyre did not know what the problem was and had to go to another dermatologist to find out what was going on without informing us first and we have now been charged for both doctors. If we had known that Dr. Eyre was not going to have the knowledge necessary to help us solve the problem We would have gone to another doctor in the first place.
