Yesterday, we spent the entire day car shopping thanks to a deer last week. We stopped at Eynon Buick to check out what they had. We looked around a few minutes and Mark Hopkins came out and I told him what my wish list was. He immediately went to work at finding me something, let us test drive and gave us some numbers, then sent us on our way to look at other dealerships. I just bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla off of them on February 15th and had a fantastic experience working with John (Sales Rep) and Billy (Business Manager). It was a great no pressure environment and we met at a fair number. Body of the car had some scratches that I noticed before purchase and they told me they’d take care of them the following business day and give me a loaner. They kept their word and did a great job with the touch up. Would absolutely recommend this dealership!
Service & professionalism is a big joke
I bought a used vehicle the sales team was helpful, but I was unaware of a rotted out exhaust system and two bad tires!!! Which I’m expected to pay for !!!!!!! We have only put a few thousand miles on this vehicle!!
