I replaced my overcharging monitoring company with Eyezon board in my 1832 DSC panel and I am very impressed. No learning curve if you have an understanding of security systems. Wish I knew about this product and I would have done it many years ago. Thanks for providing this No brainer option to replace the monitoring people. A take over company was going to raise my monthly cost from 9.99/month to 34.95/month. NO!! Eyezon pays for itself in just a few days over the months. Love it!!!
Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ve had issues with ordering the incorrect part at first. They helped me through it all. Let me return and I ordered a while new system which I love. The uno up system. I then had issues with a keypad. I sent in an online support request and they started right away trying to diagnose it for me. At the end they immediately sent me out a new one. Great company and I love their systems.
Great product, easy DIY setup and very responsive customer support..I tried installing on a Sunday and their team emailed me, checked it remotely and help fix my setup even on a weekend ..5 Stars

The EyezOn UNO is spot on. Perfect replacement for our 20 + years dumb alarm. The documentation is clear, local Home Assistant custom component and very solid hardware.
