I have never been a patient here, but this office still regularly sends me a patient’s information and eye exam reminders. I have called them several times to fix the problem over the last couple of years, but still no one has changed the contact information for the patient that has my phone number listed by mistake. The problem has still not been fixed, as I received another update text yesterday (March 2025). Be careful coming here, or your privacy may be compromised.
Dr. Avani, and the entire staff is so friendly and professional. I so appreciated being able to discuss my contacts/glasses wear options through with my optometrist. I'm a lonnnng time corrective lens wearer and it makes a difference to be heard as a patient. And even though this location has long since needed a makeover, but I keep coming back here because of the service and staff. Service trumps environment, but I hope they invest in upgrades, so the decor matches their bright personalities.
