This was my 3rd year in a row getting my glasses there. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had an appointment and there was no wait at all getting into the initial eye tests and a very short wait of less than 5 minutes to get in to see the doctor. The staff was friendly and professional and the doctor was amazing and went into great detail explaining what his plan was for my vision care. I will continue to go there for all my vision needs.
I highly recommend that you give lens crafters a chance. The staff were super professional and helpful. Thank you again.

My experience yesterday was so unnecessary upsetting . The lady at the front desk was unhelpful and very dismissive. She made simple a situation very stressful and refused to check me in. The manager had to be called in and the doctor spoken to just for me to be seen. Policy is policy but customer service has to be first. I’ve been going here for over 30 years, and I will never go back and won’t ever refer anyone here. Only pleasant thing was the young lady that did my pre-exam and Dr.Trey. The doctor was very professional in explaining everything to me which made me feel comfortable. Zoey who helped me with my glasses was absolutely welcoming, professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the professional care I received!
