The doctor is great and very thorough. We had a problem with a delayed order but Mark, who helped my son learn to put in his contacts, is amazing! He spent tons of time helping him and was very patient with lots of great advice. Thank you Mark!
Dr Chen provided my mom an exceptional eye exam experience; he was thorough, patient, patient-centered, and knowledgeable. I also have to give a kudos to Brian and Mark, two members of Dr Chen’s team. They were both equally exceptional. Brian was kind, engaging and very patient as well.
