Dr Chand is excellent - but this was the worst appt I've ever had because there was a fill in who was unprofessional, overshared inappropriate information, talked about herself the entire (very long ) appt, lectured me on irrelevant topics, used the word bloodbath at least 7 times (no joke) AND I barely got a word in. I finally gave up. The office also should have notified me Dr Chand was out. I would have rescheduled. I left frustrated, angry that she wouldn't listen to me. I feel lucky to have found optometry care from Dr. Chand and LensCrafters in Menlo Park. The retail staff at LensCrafters were all friendly and competent and there were lots of nice frames to choose from. Yvonne handled the preliminary parts of the eye exam in a kind and efficient manner. And Dr Chand was great--she gave me a thorough and accurate refraction.
