my appt was at 11:40 and i arrived at 11:20 to do my paperwork. i waited until 12:30 and left. Poor customer service, poor time management. i won't return and i won't recommend LensCrafters.
Excellent people skills, and the most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had.
Doctor and staff are wonderful. Dr. Cooperman listened to my concerns and explained everything well.
Waited a bit, but the dr was funny and nice and informative..the lady who helped with the glasses was amazing and fast, loved that. Very nice interaction all around. And the guys on the phone are amazing
