The attention to detail here is outstanding. Everything is clean, and the staff are not only friendly but clearly enjoy what they do and it shows.
I waited 30 minutes before someone got me for my exam. Did initial exam then waited again for optometrist overall took well over an hour most of which was waiting. I liked the Dr. but was again annoyed when checking out. Turns out we did retinal photos not covered by insurance without asking. When I asked why I wasn’t at least told that this was not covered by insurance I was told that they always do retinal photos.
