Even though I love the glasses. However, I had the worst experience of coming to this place. Samantha refused to tighten my glasses or adjusting it. Very disrespectful, disgraces, and not helpful at all. I will definitely not coming back here again.
Make it really simple to get an appointment and be able to make it in a reasonable amount of time. An internet request, two emails, two phone calls, and 6 days later and still not have an appointment is not helpful nor professional. It just looks like you are disorganized or confused or both.
RecommendedDr. Siedman is a wonderful doctor and explains everything so you can understand what the diagnosis is. I have been going to him for many years.
